The NY-NJ Trail Conference's West Jersey Crew, accompanied by Park Stewards and Staff, clearing the drop zone. Forest Fire Services came in the day before and took down the larger trees that surrounded the drop zone, and expanded it to the size needed for it to become a landing zone option.
